I had a great day supporting at the TISKA National Black Belt Championship and having taken the opportunity to also compete I’m pleased to announce that I achieved bronze in Team Kata and third in Kumite.
I now can’t wait for the TISKA National Kyu Grade Championship in November, so that you are all able to take part, and where I will of course be cheering you on!
