Just a reminder that classes continue throughout the summer holidays, with the only exception being the Bank Holiday on Monday 31st August.
With September grading approaching, regular training will help you stay on track and be ready for your next belt.

Summer is also a great time to introduce someone new to karate! Friends and family are always welcome to come along and give a class a try, so feel free to bring someone with you.
