It was a pleasure to visit The Elizabethan Academy, Retford, last week as part of their Career Spotlight sessions, sharing my journey into karate and running a martial arts school.
A huge thank you to the Academy for the invitation and for giving me the opportunity to speak with the students about setting goals, perseverance and the many opportunities that can come from following your passion.
It was fantastic to see some of the pupils getting involved and having a go at some karate techniques.
