Happy International Women’s Day!
As a female Sensei with Shotokan Karate Schools in Worksop, Retford and Doncaster, I am incredibly proud of the amazing female students who train with us. Watching their self-defence skills and confidence grow as they progress through their karate journey is truly inspiring.
Our Dojo is a place where everyone is welcome; women, men, girls and boys alike. We are a family-friendly karate community where respect, support and empowerment are at the heart of everything we do.
To all the incredible women and girls training with us; keep shining, keep striving, and keep kicking down barriers! And to all my male students; your hard work and dedication are equally valued and appreciated.
